About Paul Cook

Based in Lennoxtown, Central Scotland, i am fortunate to have a diverse variety of landscapes within easy reach. The Campsie Fells, seen in many of my photographs, rise behind my home and are the first and last things i see every day.

I have been a keen photographer since getting my first SLR while still at school, although i have developed a more serious interest in photography over the last seven or eight years. Whilst dramatic panoramas are my main interest, i do experiment in other photographic styles, which can be seen in my Flickr Photostream http://flickr.com/photos/paulcookphotography/

Other equipment: Manfrotto tripods, various filters (polarisers, UV, ND, etc), reflectors, Crumpler bags
Software: Adobe Photoshop CS3, OnOne plugin Suite (Genuine Fractals, MaskPro, etc), Dynamic-Photo HDR
